15 Best presentation design agencies in 2026 (compared by price and turnaround)

TABLE OF CONTENTS

TL;DR
The best presentation design agencies in 2026 are ManyPixels, Superside, BrightCarbon, Stinson Design, Hype Presentations and Slides Agency. ManyPixels leads for teams that need slides plus wider design work, at $699 a month for unlimited requests. Specialist agencies like BrightCarbon and Hype charge per deck, usually $2,300 and up.
- ✅ Best for ongoing slide work: ManyPixels at $699/month, unlimited requests, first draft next business day, and it covers the brand and web work around the deck
- 🎨 Best for one high-stakes deck: BrightCarbon for technical and data-heavy arguments, Duarte for story, Ochi Design for a fundraise
- 💰 Cheapest predictable unit cost: 24slides at $16 a slide for a cleanup, $43 for a redesign. The only agency here publishing real rates
- ⚠️ Ten of the sixteen publish no pricing at all. Expect $2,000 to $5,000 for a custom deck, and treat any specific figure in an older roundup as out of date
- ❌ Don't hire an agency for internal status decks. An AI tool at around $20 a month does that job now
Introduction
Two things changed for presentation buyers in 2026. Specialist agencies moved further behind the quote form, so fewer of them publish a rate you can compare. And AI deck tools got good enough at templated slides that paying $100 a slide for a routine internal deck stopped making sense.
That leaves a real question: when is a specialist agency worth it, and when is a subscription or an AI tool the better call?
We compared 16 presentation design agencies and subscription services on five things buyers actually ask about: starting price, pricing model, typical turnaround, deck specialism and who each one suits. Prices were verified against live pricing pages in August 2026, and where an agency publishes no rate we say "quote only" rather than repeating a number from an old roundup.
If you want the craft side rather than the buying side, our guide to how to build a presentation that holds attention covers structure and storyline.
Always check provider for current rates.
If you're an early-stage company weighing these options, our breakdown of presentation design services built for startups narrows the field further.
1. ManyPixels: slides plus everything else, on one subscription
{{PRESENTATIONS_PORTFOLIO="/dev/components"}}
Starting price: $699/month (Advanced)
Pricing model: Flat monthly subscription, unlimited requests and unlimited revisions
Typical turnaround: First draft the next business day
Deck specialism: Sales decks, investor decks, board and conference presentations, template systems
Best for: Teams whose slide work is frequent rather than one big annual pitch
ManyPixels is an unlimited design subscription rather than a deck specialist, and for most teams that's the point. The Advanced plan at $699 a month covers unlimited presentation requests alongside brand identity, web design, illustration and ad creative, so the deck and the campaign that surrounds it come from the same team. Files come back in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and native Figma or Adobe formats, and you own 100% of the work.
The economics are the main argument. A single custom deck from a specialist agency typically runs $2,000 to $5,000. At $699 a month you get that deck plus everything else you needed that month, and you can pause for $10 a month when the pipeline goes quiet. We've delivered over 150,000 projects since 2018, with 4.8 on Trustpilot and 4.9 on G2.
The honest limitation: this is a daily output model, not a full-time designer. You get one daily output per business day on Advanced, worked from the top of your queue down, so a 40-slide deck with a discovery phase takes several days rather than arriving whole. If you need narrative consulting and stakeholder workshops before a slide gets drawn, a specialist agency does that better.
See what we've built in our presentation examples, or read how the model compares across the category in our roundup of unlimited design companies.
2. Superside: enterprise creative with strategy attached

Starting price: from approximately $15,000/month
Pricing model: Enterprise subscription with add-on services
Typical turnaround: Varies by tier and project
Deck specialism: Campaign and executive presentations at volume
Best for: Large corporations and marketing agencies
Superside pairs production with creative direction, and the team scales to the brief rather than sitting at a fixed size. For organisations running presentations as part of a wider campaign system, that combination is genuinely hard to find at any price.
The large entry figure is a floor, not a typical spend, and pricing in practice is quote-based. It’s also important to note that Superside requires a minimum one-year commitment. So, it’s only truly a viable option for large entreprises that need a premium design service all-around.
3. Penji: managed subscription at mid price

Starting price: $995/month (Marketing & Ads)
Pricing model: Monthly subscription with tiered scope
Typical turnaround: 1 to 2 business days on simpler requests
Deck specialism: Marketing and sales presentations
Best for: Small teams wanting a managed subscription without agency quotes
Penji's briefing flow is one of the better ones in the subscription category, and Marketing & Ads covers presentations alongside ad and social creative. If slides are one of several recurring design needs, it does the job.
Worth knowing before you compare figures: Web design, motion and video sit behind the Agency plan at $1,995. So, if you’re in the market for a more comprehensive design subscription service, ManyPixels is the more affordable option. See a full ManyPixels vs Penji comparison here.
4. Design Pickle: the original subscription, now quote-only

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Monthly subscription, no public pricing since 2025
Typical turnaround: 1 to 2 business days on standard requests
Deck specialism: Repeatable corporate presentation formats
Best for: Teams comfortable buying through a sales process
Design Pickle largely built the design subscription category, and the dedicated-designer model still runs well for companies with steady, repeatable request types. Onboarding is thorough.
The complication is that Design Pickle removed public pricing in 2025. The site now says the model is flat-rate rather than hourly and that you get the number on a call. Third-party trackers estimate the entry graphics plan above $1,300 a month, but treat any specific figure you find online as an estimate rather than a listed rate.
5. 24slides: the only agency publishing a per-slide rate

Starting price: $16 per slide, or $99/month on the Pro plan
Pricing model: Per slide, with optional subscription tiers
Typical turnaround: 10, 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on plan
Deck specialism: Slide cleanup, redesign and template redraws at volume
Best for: Teams that want a predictable unit cost
24slides is the rare agency that publishes real numbers, and the transparency is worth something on its own. Pay-as-you-go runs $16 per slide for a Fix Up, $43 for a Redesign and $66 for a full Redraw. The $99 a month Pro plan shaves those rates and unlocks a 10-hour turnaround. Premium starts at $2,950 a month with a dedicated team and guaranteed daily slides.
Do the arithmetic before you commit, though. A 25-slide deck at the Redesign rate is roughly $1,075, and at the Redraw rate closer to $1,650. Per-slide pricing is excellent for fixing an existing deck and gets expensive fast for building one from scratch.
6. BrightCarbon: technical and data-heavy decks

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Per project, sized XS to XL rather than by day rate or slide
Typical turnaround: About one week for a slide revamp, three to four weeks for a new build
Deck specialism: Sales enablement, eLearning, animation, complex data
Best for: Teams whose decks carry technical arguments
BrightCarbon is the one to call when the content is genuinely hard: scientific data, technical products, sales enablement material that has to survive scrutiny. They build messaging strategy into the design work rather than treating slides as decoration, and they run presentation skills training alongside the design service.
They price by project size band rather than per slide, which suits complex work better than a unit rate. They're also open that they don't compete at the cheap end. Offices in Manchester, Bristol, London and Boston.
7. Hype Presentations: high-profile brand and event decks

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Per project
Typical turnaround: From 24 hours on simple projects to a few weeks on in-depth ones
Deck specialism: Investor, sales, conference keynote, product and marketing decks
Best for: Brand-critical presentations with a name attached
Hype works with UEFA, Samsung, Diageo, Virgin, Facebook and Dell, and the portfolio shows it. They describe their turnaround as 24 hours for something simple through to a few weeks for a full build, which is a more useful commitment than most agencies give you upfront.
A correction worth noting: earlier versions of this article, and most roundups still online, quote Hype at around $2,300 per deck. We checked in August 2026 and no rate is published. Their site directs you to a quote form. Offices in Manchester and Brooklyn.
8. Stinson Design: enterprise templates and training

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Per project, plus training
Typical turnaround: 2 to 4 weeks
Deck specialism: Template systems, meeting and event presentations, content consulting
Best for: Enterprises rolling out a presentation system across many teams
Stinson’s strength is the system rather than the single deck. If your problem is that 200 people are making slides and none of them look related, a template system plus PowerPoint training solves that in a way one beautiful deck never will.
Their client list runs to Microsoft, Coca-Cola and NASA, which tells you where they sit on price. No public rates.
9. Slides Agency: keynotes and sales pitches

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Per project, plus training
Typical turnaround: 2 to 4 weeks
Deck specialism: Conference keynotes, sales pitches, storyline development
Best for: Teams that need help with the argument, not just the layout
Slides Agency offers storyline assistance alongside design, which matters more than it sounds. Plenty of decks fail because the order is wrong, not because the slides are ugly, and an agency that will push back on your structure is worth more than one that just makes your existing structure prettier.
They also run training for teams that build their own decks. No published pricing.
10. SlideRabbit: data visualisation and narrative consulting

Starting price: Quote only, with budget tiers starting at $1,500
Pricing model: Per project
Typical turnaround: Not published, but they accommodate last-minute changes
Deck specialism: Investor and pitch decks, data visualisation, concept generation
Best for: Decks where the data has to do the persuading
SlideRabbit covers PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and iSpring, with a portfolio spanning biomedical, agricultural biotech and software. They position as a communication partner rather than a production shop, and narrative consulting sits alongside design in their service list.
Worth knowing: their contact form asks you to pick a budget band, and the lowest is $1,500 to $5,000, with tiers above that reaching $10,000 plus. That's the clearest signal of price range you'll get from an agency that doesn't publish rates. Chicago based.
11. Ochi Design: investor pitch decks

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Per project
Typical turnaround: 2 to 4 weeks
Deck specialism: Investor pitch decks, sales presentations, business development, onboarding
Best for: Founders raising a round
Ochi built its reputation on fundraising decks, and pitch work is a genuinely different discipline: the job is narrative and evidence under time pressure, with a room full of people who've seen a thousand of these. Decoration doesn't help.
They also handle sales presentations and employee onboarding material, so the relationship can outlast the raise. No public pricing.
12. Big Fish Presentations: visual storytelling and live events

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Per project
Typical turnaround: 2 to 4 weeks
Deck specialism: Visual storytelling, live event experiences, video
Best for: Presentations that are really events
Big Fish treats a presentation as an experience rather than a file, which is the right frame when there's a stage, a room and a production budget involved. They've published a textbook covering everything from content through delivery, which is a reasonable proxy for how they think.
If your deliverable is a PDF someone reads alone at their desk, this is more agency than you need. No public pricing.
13. Buffalo 7: UK decks plus print collateral

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Per project
Typical turnaround: 2 to 4 weeks
Deck specialism: PowerPoint design, template systems, presentation training
Best for: UK teams that need the deck and the printed material to match
Buffalo 7 has been doing PowerPoint work for more than a decade, and the print design service alongside it is the differentiator. Conference decks usually come with a handout, a booth graphic and a leave-behind, and getting all of it from one team saves a round of colour-matching arguments.
They run presentation training too. No public pricing.
14. Slidor: custom templates and rush turnaround

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Per project. They state explicitly that they don't sell per slide
Typical turnaround: Rush projects delivered in 24 to 48 hours
Deck specialism: Sales and pitch decks, financial presentations, interactive presentations, templates
Best for: Deadline emergencies and interactive deck formats
Slidor’s useful trick is throwing several designers and project managers at a single deck simultaneously, which is how they hit 24 to 48 hour deadlines on work that would normally take a fortnight. If you've just been told the board meeting moved up, that's the call to make.
They price by complexity, deadline and scope rather than per slide, and they publish a cost calculator instead of a rate card. Based in Paris and Bordeaux with a New York presence. Note that their old slidor.fr address now redirects to slidor.agency.
15. Presented: UK retainer for steady deck volume

Starting price: Quote only
Pricing model: Retainer hours or custom package
Typical turnaround: Fixed-price quote within one working day, then varies by scope
Deck specialism: General business presentations at ongoing volume
Best for: UK teams with predictable monthly deck work
Presented has been doing this for over 15 years and runs a subscription option alongside project work, with subscription clients getting priority turnaround and lower rates. The one working day quote turnaround is a small thing that matters when you're comparing four agencies at once.
Another correction: this article previously listed Presented at $2,500 a month for 24 hours. We checked in August 2026 and no figures are published. London based.
Agency vs design subscription vs AI deck tools: what should you actually pay?
The three options price so differently that comparing them on cost alone is misleading. Here's the honest version, using real numbers from this list.
A specialist agency costs roughly $2,000 to $5,000 for a custom deck, and SlideRabbit's own budget bands start at $1,500. Per slide, 24slides charges $43 for a redesign and $66 for a full redraw, so a 25-slide build lands between $1,075 and $1,650. Turnaround runs two to four weeks at most agencies, because discovery and storyline work come first. What you're buying is judgment: someone who will tell you slide 14 shouldn't exist.
A design subscription costs $699 to $5,000 a month for unlimited work. At ManyPixels' $699 Advanced plan, one deck a month already beats the cheapest agency quote, and the same subscription covers the landing page, the ads and the one-pager that go with it. First drafts come back the next business day. What you give up is the discovery phase and the strategic pushback.
An AI deck tool like Gamma, Beautiful.ai or Tome costs around $20 a month and will produce a competent templated deck in minutes. For an internal update or a status review, that's now the correct answer, and paying $100 a slide for it isn't defensible. What you don't get is anything that looks like your brand or argues a specific case.
The dividing line is stakes, not slide count. Board meeting, fundraise or keynote: pay an agency. Recurring sales and marketing decks alongside other design work: subscription. Internal status update nobody will remember: AI tool. Our breakdown of agency vs freelancer vs subscription works through the same maths across all design work, not just slides.
How to choose a presentation design agency
Five things separate a good fit from an expensive mistake. Work through them in order.
1. Deck type match. Pitch decks, conference keynotes, sales enablement and template systems are four different skills. An agency with a beautiful keynote portfolio may have never built a fundraising narrative. Ask for samples in your specific format, and if you're raising, our guide to the investor pitch deck covers what those decks need to do.
2. Pricing model and what revisions cost. Per-slide and hourly models look cheap on the quote and climb fast once feedback starts. Ask directly what a second and third round of changes costs. Subscription models include unlimited revisions, which is most of their value.
3. A written turnaround commitment. "Usually a couple of weeks" is not a commitment. Get the number in writing, and ask what happens if you miss a feedback deadline, because that's usually where timelines actually slip.
4. Storyline scope versus visuals only. Some agencies restructure your argument. Others make your existing structure look better. Both are legitimate, and they cost very different amounts. Decide which you're buying before you compare quotes. At the far end of the storyline side sit firms like Duarte, who lead with communication training and consulting and design the deck as part of that engagement. Worth knowing about if the problem is the argument, but it isn't where you send a brief for slides that are already written.
5. Source file ownership. Ask whether you get editable PowerPoint or Google Slides files with live text, or a flattened deck you have to go back to them to change. This is the question people forget, and it's the one that costs the most later.
Frequently asked questions
Bottom line
If slides are a recurring need rather than a once-a-year event, a subscription wins on both cost and speed, and ManyPixels covers presentations plus the brand, web and ad work around them from $699 a month. If you're building one deck that has to land in a boardroom, pay a specialist: BrightCarbon for technical arguments, Slides Agency for storyline work, Ochi for a raise.
And check every price yourself before you commit. Half the agencies on this list have moved behind a quote form since 2025, and most of the numbers circulating in older roundups are no longer accurate.
