No matter how many requests or revisions you send in, the price remains the same. There are no extra charges, and no hidden fees, everything is included in the monthly price.

We do not have a limit of one request at a time or X requests per week/month.

Every time you submit a request, it will be added to your queue and you can queue up as many requests as you want. Your assigned designer will then work on your request(s) every day, starting with the one at the top of your queue.

How long does it take to complete one request?

Every design works are custom-made, personalized, and require creative input from our designers. Therefore, no 2 requests are ever the same. Some requests take 5 minutes while others can take 5 days to complete, depending on the complexity.

As we do not work per request but instead per day, here is a rough estimate of what you can expect to receive on a daily basis, i.e. the "daily output".

2-3 social media graphics
or 1-2 illustrations (more if they are not too complex)
or 2-3 display ads
or 4-5 pages of a brochure, e-book, report, or slide deck
or 1 GIF (2-3 sec)
or 1-2 flyers
or 1 logo
or the first draft of a landing page

How many requests are being worked on at the same time?

Again, we do not work per request but rather per day, so this might vary. We make sure that your designer works on your request(s) every single day and delivers a daily output (see question above).

Our Operations team will look at your account every morning and determine what your designer should work on to reach that daily output.

Note that it is always possible to upgrade your plan and increase the daily output you receive.

How many design requests per month can you expect?

Again, there is no precise answer here.

Besides the nature of your request, the biggest factor that determines how many requests per month can we do for you is yourself.

"How many requests will you submit? How complex will they be? How clear will your instructions/briefs be? How responsive will you be? Will you make sure you will constantly have projects in your queue?"

We have customers who are able to get 25 requests done per month while some others only use the service for 5 requests per month. This all depends on you.

The bottom line is, it doesn't matter to us how many requests you submit. We will work on your queue daily.

What type of design requests can you make?

We can do a bunch of stuff but we don't do everything. Check out our Scope of Service.

Can you submit requests from different brands?

Yes, we allow our customers to submit requests for different brands. In fact, we support unlimited brands.

You can also create Brand Profiles in the app, upload all of your brand assets, and then link pick the brand you would like to work with when submitting a request. Super fast and efficient.
